FixIS has successfully implemented a complex modernization and virtualization of IT infrastructure for the company Lavaton s.r.o.. The aim of the project was to increase reliability, performance and security IT environment while minimizing the impact on the client’s daily operations.

Main steps of the project:

  • Design of new infrastructure – Implementation of a solution based on two powerful physical servers that ensure high availability and stability of the systems.
  • Virtualization with Hyper-V – Deployment of Microsoft Hyper-V platform, which enabled efficient management and scaling of IT infrastructure.
  • Detailed modernization planning – Preparation of a phased plan for migration and virtualization of servers with an emphasis on minimal downtime and uninterrupted operation of the company.
  • Secure migration of data and staff – Move the entire IT infrastructure including all data, applications and access to the new structure without loss of information and with a seamless transition for users.
  • Implementation of a backup solution – Setting up a reliable backup system to protect data and prevent information loss, thereby increasing security and business continuity.
